Kakida Shijokawaramachi sits on the ground floor of Rissei Garden Hulic Kyoto in Nakagyo Ward, a short walk from the Shijo-Kawaramachi crossing. The restaurant serves Edomae sushi at a counter, with an English menu available and lunch and dinner service offered daily.

The standard chef's choice course runs about ¥9,800 and includes roughly 15 pieces of sushi, miso soup, and dessert, with selections such as uni, toro, and ikura depending on the day. A lighter lunch-only course at ¥5,500 offers 10 pieces of sushi (excluding fatty tuna and uni) plus a half roll and miso soup. A higher-tier unlimited-refill course, introduced as an opening promotion, is priced at ¥15,000 and includes snacks, roughly 15 kinds of sushi with refills, and dessert.

Payment is cashless only — credit cards, QR codes, electronic money, and transit cards are accepted, but cash is not. Reservations are handled through TableCheck, and a credit card is required to hold a booking. Cancellations made the day before are charged 50% of the course price; same-day cancellations are charged in full. Children are welcome but must order the same course as adults, as there is no separate children's menu or pricing. Guests arriving late without notice may have their seat released.

Hours run 12:00–14:00 for lunch and 17:00–22:00 for dinner, seven days a week.
