Kanesaka Hong Kong occupies the 5th floor of CCB Tower in Central, a counter-only Edomae sushi room built around a long hinoki bar and a handcrafted kumiko wood ceiling. The restaurant carries one Michelin star and belongs to the Kanesaka lineage founded by Shinji Kanesaka in Tokyo.
