Oma sits inside the Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City, on Avenida Paseo de la Reforma in the Juárez district. The room, designed by Ezequiel Farca, holds just ten guests: eight seats at the counter and a private booth for two, making it one of the smaller omakase settings in the city.

The menu runs 21 courses of sushi, sashimi and nigiri, built from seafood sourced from both Mexico and Japan. Dishes seen on the menu include an omakase nigiri selection with buri, scallop and uni, akami nigiri with nikiri sauce and yuzukosho, and a torotaku roll combining otoro, chutoro and takuan. A curated sake and Japanese whisky list is offered alongside the food, with direct interaction between chef and guest built into the format.

Oma serves both lunch and dinner as omakase or à la carte. Lunch runs from 1:30pm to 6:00pm and dinner from 7:00pm to 10:00pm, with last orders at 9:30pm, Tuesday through Saturday; the restaurant is closed Sunday and Monday. The restaurant's interior design received the Interior/Design Hospitality award at the 2025 DNA Paris Design Awards.

Given the ten-seat capacity and hotel setting, reservations are handled directly through the restaurant's page on the Four Seasons Mexico City website, or by phone. Those staying at the hotel can also arrange a table through the concierge.
