Kyoto Saeki relocated from its former Nanzenji location and reopened in April in central Kyoto, at 663 Izumichō in Nakagyo Ward, a short walk from Nijōjō-mae Station on the Kyoto Municipal Subway. The counter seats 16 guests for Edomae sushi served twice daily, at lunch (12:00–14:00) and dinner (18:00–20:45).

The standard omakase runs ¥33,000 per person, tax included, rising to ¥38,500 between December 1 and January 10. Two higher-tier special courses are also offered, at ¥44,000 and ¥48,400. A 10% service charge is added to all bills, and both cash and card are accepted.

Service is a single seating with one fixed course — there's no à la carte menu — so all diners start together and punctuality matters; late arrival or an early exit may mean missing part of the meal. Outside drinks and smoking are not permitted. Children are generally not accepted unless they are high-school age or older and able to eat a full adult course.

Reservations go exclusively through Omakase.in, with a ¥390 per-seat booking fee. Booking is capped at once per calendar week (Sunday–Saturday) per guest, and the current window is open through October 31, 2026, with the next release scheduled for October 1, 2026 at 14:00. Cancellations made 7 or more days out are charged 30%, those within 3 days 50%, and next-day or no-show cancellations are billed in full.
