Sushi Kirimon sits on Kitashinchi's historic Kamidori street in Dōjima, Kita Ward, inside the Dōjima Food Center Building. The restaurant is counter-only and serves Edomae-style sushi under chef Naoyuki Setta, who has trained in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka, including stints at Michelin-starred restaurants, over more than two decades.

The standard OMAKASE course is priced at 33,000 yen per person, tax and service included, and diners can request substitutions for ingredients they prefer to avoid. The kitchen distinguishes between red and white shari, adjusting rice temperature and vinegar style to the fish being served, and rotates among more than 150 soy sauces and multiple wasabi grades depending on the course. A separate, far more expensive Kiwami OMAKASE course, priced at 350,000 yen, was certified by Guinness World Records in August 2023 as the most expensive sushi course.

Reservations can be made by phone between 13:00 and 17:00, or online through TableCheck. The restaurant asks for seven days' notice before a booking; cancellations within seven days incur a 30 percent charge, and cancellations within three days are charged in full. Listed hours run daily across a lunch and dinner service, though the restaurant's own site notes last order at 21:00 for dinner. Closures are irregular, with a break around the New Year period. The name references the kiri crest, a Japanese imperial emblem, which the restaurant uses as a nod to tradition in its presentation of Edomae sushi.
