Omakase Experience by Primefish is a six-seat, counter-only sushi room inside Prime Fish on Providence Road in Charlotte. Chef Robin Anthony sources fish flown in directly from Tokyo's Toyosu Fish Market and prepares each course in front of guests, pairing dishes with sake he selects himself. The restaurant is Michelin listed, and Anthony was named a 2026 James Beard semifinalist for Best Chef: Southeast.

Dinner runs $350 per person for 15 courses of small plates and seasonal nigiri; a 10-course lunch is offered Saturdays for $175 per person. Beverage, tax, and gratuity are not included in either price. A typical seating lasts about two hours, and guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may not receive the full menu.

Seatings run Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday at 6:30pm, with two dinner sessions on Friday and Saturday (5:15pm and 8:00pm) plus a Saturday lunch at 12:45pm; the restaurant is closed Monday and Tuesday. Reservations are made through Tock and are paid in full at booking. Cancellations made less than seven days before the reservation are non-refundable. Corkage is accepted at $100 per bottle or $200 per magnum, up to two bottles per party, provided the wine or sake is not already on the restaurant's list. Dietary restrictions and allergies cannot be accommodated due to the fixed, limited-seat format.
