Sushi Kazuma sits a three-minute walk from Kitashinchi Station, behind an unmarked entrance on the third floor of the Taniyasu Rowa Building. The room holds a single counter with nine seats, all facing the kitchen, so guests watch each course being finished before it's served.

The omakase course runs ¥17,500 per person, tax included, and changes monthly to track seasonal ingredients. The meal combines a sequence of cooked dishes — appetizers, a grilled course, a soup, a rice dish — with a run of nigiri using rice from a large-grain variety called Dairyu Diamond, cooked firm and seasoned with a red-vinegar-based blend that includes black vinegar, sugar, and Okinawan tea salt. A dessert course closes the meal.

Sake pairing is available, with around ten labels kept in rotation and seasonal bottles added throughout the year; wine and champagne are also offered for guests marking a celebration. Reservations go through TableCheck, and booking at least two days ahead comes with a small perk: a takeaway hand roll to bring home. The restaurant is closed Sundays, though it notes it sometimes opens on request. Credit cards are accepted (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, JCB, Diners); there's no on-site parking, though coin-operated lots are nearby. Cancellations are requested by four days before the reservation, as bookings made within three days of the date may be charged in full.
