Sushi Tokiwa sits within Restaurant SUNTORY in Waikiki, reached through a private corridor to a nine-seat sushi counter. Seating is counter-only, and the small format means each piece is served directly to guests as it's prepared.

Dinner offers two set courses: the Hakushu, priced at $180, which includes a seasonal appetizer, twelve pieces of sushi, soup, and dessert; and the Tokiwa Course at $300, which adds sashimi, a crab dish, and a chef's special course alongside the sushi. Lunch omakase is also available. Sake pairing is offered, with a selection of artisan glasses presented to guests who order it. The menu is in English, and the restaurant is not cash-only.

Service runs about 90 minutes per seating. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and closed Wednesday and Sunday. A private room is available separately, with inquiries handled by phone or email rather than through the standard online booking system.

Reservations go through OpenTable, where diners select either the lunch omakase option or one of the two dinner courses. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late risk having their reservation marked as a no-show, which may carry a cancellation fee. The venue is not currently Michelin-listed. Children aged 9 and older are welcome at the counter; younger children can be accommodated in Restaurant SUNTORY's other dining areas instead.
